Organization Training
Although the knowledge acquired through these means occasionally often are unstructured and inaccurate, the infinite possibilities of access to attractive multimedia information provided and the amount of time people spend them (newspapers and magazines, movies, TV programs, news on news, stories, all kinds of web pages, games) make them one of the main sources of information and formation of citizens (see). Everything is reviewed, everything changes: objectives and programmes of training institutions (which among other things includes the digital literacy), physical and technological infrastructure, the Organization and management of the centres, training materials and methodologies that are used a new model of school is profiling and educational institutions in general. Appear new formative environments in cyberspace, that release the students and professors of the coincidence in time and space requirement, and thus facilitate access to training in any circumstances throughout life. New systems of on-line training (leveraging computing resources and cyberspace) improve with much benefits from distance learning traditional, which only had paper and mail, telephone and broadcasting as channels of communication and dissemination of audiovisual teaching resources (see). And of course all of this requires new professional competences for trainers. Very interesting addition when you add the source indicated that, today in day the role of trainers is not so much teach (explain – examine) knowledge that will have a limited duration and will be always accessible, how to help students learn to learn autonomously in this culture of change and promote their cognitive and personal development through critical and application activities, leveraging lainmensa available information and powerful tools that are provided, taking into account their characteristics (training the student-centric) and require them active and interdisciplinary information processing so they can build their own knowledge and not be limited to make a simple reception passive memorization of information (see). Significant also is the commentary that increasingly opens more step for the teacher, and its consideration as a mediator of learning of students, whose fundamental traits are (Tebar, 2003): – is an expert that dominates the contents, planned (but flexible) – sets goals: perseverance, habits of study, self-esteem, Metacognition; being its main objective that the mediated build skills to achieve their full autonomy.
